Megan & Justin’s Homemade Rustic Barn Wedding in Niagara
We’ve reached the end of another week and today I have some gorgeous eye candy for you! A while ago, the fab Shane of Reed Photography (who also brought us Sheri & Denis’ Black & White Rock and Roll Winter Wedding) showed me Megan & Justin’s rustic wedding which took place in a restored family barn in Niagara Falls and I was instantly smitten! The lovely couple married in Megan’s parent’s backyard and spent months converting the hundred year old bird-filled hay barn into a picture-perfect reception site by incorporating quaint elements and several personal touches –
They hung vintage tricycles and various finds from the ceiling along with a handmade wrought iron chandelier that was made by a friend. Dried wildflowers were hung across the barn’s ceiling along with tiny white lights. The black & white lace dress-clad bridal party’s bouquets were bunches of dried wheat. Justin wore a top hat with tails and Megan was radiant in a vintage lace gown. Needless to say this celebration was completely dripping with the bride & groom’s personalities! Alright I’ll stop babbling now so you can enjoy the beautiful photos…
Huge thanks to Shane Reed for sharing this beautiful rustic barn wedding with all of us today and congratulations to the couple!
