Alice in Wonderland Styled Bridal Shoot

Alice in Wonderland styled wedding shoot

Happy Monday! I don’t normally post bridal sessions on here but I thought the bride’s quirky styling and whimsica elements and decor might inspire you when planning your own Alice in Wonderland-themed wedding.

The lovely submission is courtesy of Marie Still Photography. Here she is with a few more details behind the shoot:

Melissa Korta (with Contemporary Captures) and I knew we wanted to do a shoot that dripped with imagination, but also was a beautiful bridal shoot.  We both love Alice in Wonderland so this is what we used to draw inspiration from. We spent a couple of weeks just passing emails pulling out our favorite parts of the book and brainstorming on ways to visually tell the story, but put our own original twist into it. We knew that Bok Towers was the perfect backdrop for our vision, so we were excited when they told us we could bring our crew and car full of props will us! We contacted some local wedding vendors that we know and love to work with and everything came together from there! Hopefully the session inspires photographers and brides alike to think outside the box and use their imagination.
